CHALLENGES

Anthony Nolan's meeting rooms were equipped with video technology that lagged behind modern collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom and was temperamental. This led to a poor user experience and increased IT workload.

APPROACH

Formation Tech’s strategy involved a detailed audit of the existing AV systems and a discovery phase that understood the charity's unique requirements. Formation Tech implemented an upgrade that utilised much of the existing hardware, thereby saving costs, and added key components to ensure native integration with Microsoft Teams. Furthermore, as part of this upgrade the existing hardware was brought up to standard software and firmware versions and incorporated into a monitoring platform.
