I founded Formation Tech with business partner, and school friend Dan, to create a company that valued ambitious, growth-minded individuals to do their very best for themselves and our customers.

It's important to me to create a workplace where people can thrive. I believe that our strength lies in our unity, and seeing the team grow is a true measure of our success.
